If the termination has already been initiated, unfortunately the contract cannot be reactivated. To continue using Volvo public charging service, you will need to create a new Volvo ID account.
It is recommended to register a new Volvo ID for your new contract, and link your car with this new Volvo ID - so you don't need to wait and can enjoy our services straight away.
If you wish to create a contract with the same Volvo ID as before, you need to wait until your existing Volvo public charging service account (a separate account, which is linked to your Volvo ID) is deleted. If there are no open invoices, this will happen automatically after 180 days.
