To reset or update your Volvo public charging service login credentials, follow these steps:
Resetting your password
- Go to the Volvo ID Login page, accessible via Volvo ID.
- Click on "Forgot password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Tip: If you do not receive a password reset email, it is possible that your Volvo ID is different from the email address that you used for registering your account. Please note that your login and communication email addresses may be different. Please try logging in with another one of your frequently used email addresses.
Changing your login email or password
To change the email address or password linked to your Volvo public charging service account, please visit the Volvo ID page on the Volvo website. This is where your login credentials are managed.
Important: You cannot change your password directly on the Volvo public charging service website. Any updates made on the Volvo ID page will automatically apply to your Volvo public charging service account as well.
Updating communication email address
Once logged into your Volvo public charging service account:
- You can update the email address used for receiving billing and marketing communications.
Note: This change does not affect your login email address, which will remain unchanged unless updated separately via the Volvo ID website.
