If you are unable to access your Volvo public charging service account, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:
-
Check your login credentials
- Make sure you are using the correct login details (Volvo public charging service username and password).
-
Reset your password
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting Volvo ID
-
Confirm account status
- Ensure that you have not accidentally deleted your charging account or Volvo ID account.
-
Verify payment information
- Check if there are any unpaid invoices and ensure your payment method is valid.
- If your Volvo public charging service contract is only blocked (not cancelled yet) and you have updated your payment details, your Volvo public charging service account should be unblocked within 24 hours after resolving the issue.
-
Account deletion after inactivity
- If there are no outstanding invoices and your Volvo public charging service account has been inactive for over 180 days, it may have been automatically deleted from our system. In this case, access to the account is no longer possible, and you will need to create a new Volvo public charging service account.
If you have followed these steps and still can’t access your Volvo public charging service account, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
