If you authenticate using your Volvo public charging service charging card, the session is processed as a public charging session, even if the station is located on private property.
This means the public charging fees apply, and these sessions cannot be refunded.

To avoid unexpected charges, please make sure not to use your Volvo public charging service charging card when charging at a private station. Only use your Volvo public charging service card or app when you intend to charge at a public charging station.
