If your vehicle has been disconnected from the charging app, you can easily reconnect it by following these steps:
- Open the Volvo Cars app and sign in.
- Navigate to your profile page located in the bottom right corner.
- Select “Connected Vehicle” and tap “Add Car”.
- Enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) when prompted.
Once the VIN is successfully verified, your car will be reconnected to the app.
Please note:
- If the VIN entered does not match the one listed in your contract, the app will automatically disconnect again.
- If you have recently purchased a new vehicle with a new VIN, you will need to create a new contract to ensure proper connectivity.
